Government can be a dull, stressful, and alienating endeavor.  Public comment is the time where Robert’s Rules don’t always rule and brief glimpses of humanity sneak through.  Walter Paulson sings during his public comment at the San Francisco Board meetings.  I’m glad he’s part of the public record.
